FEG designed a certification scheme as part of a multi-country capacity building effort across the HEA Sahel project area. The certification scheme standardises the qualifications required to achieve different HEA skill levels as a practitioner, trainer or trainer of trainers. Ongoing training by FEG has also been critical in supporting the roll out of the new certification scheme.
